Ingredients
Red Onions1/2
Red Pepper1/2
Tomato400g
Cumin1/2 teaspoon
Garlic Granules1/2 tsp
Cayenne Pepper1/2 teaspoon
Paprika1 tsp
Egg2
ParsleyGarnish
Chilli FlakesGarnish
Toast2 sliced
Instructions
Step 1: Fry onion and pepper together on medium heat until onion is soft
Step 2: Add garlic granules, cook for a minute
Step 3: Add chopped tomatoes and remaining spices, stir well
Step 4: Simmer for about 20 minutes
Step 5: Make indents for in the sauce and crack an egg into each one
Step 6: Once egg whites are cooked through, garnish and serve with toast
